On request, with graphical touch control for intuitive and fast operation or remote maintenance, with which our application specialists have full access to your system if required and can help you at any time with questions or faults.

We support you in documenting your production conditions: With the trend module, the climate parameters are continuously recorded and stored on our server. You have access to your data anytime and anywhere and do not need to keep any further records to fulfil your documentation obligations.

 

Product safety

With our system, you are always well informed about the status of your ripening room: The communication module sends you important information, such as alarm or maintenance messages, directly by e-mail or text message. Even if you are not on site, you always have all the important information to hand.

To fulfil this requirement, the HACIS XPS climate control system relies on PGH induction technology for air distribution in the room, which has been tried and tested for more than 13 years. The special flow from the nozzles of the induction unit gently sets the air in motion throughout the room and guarantees an optimum climate at every point in the room thanks to the barely perceptible but continuous movement of the room air.

The ideal ripening climate is a complex air condition that is defined by factors such as temperature, humidity, air velocity and the chemical composition of the air. The HACIS XPS climate control system enables you to continuously maintain the optimum ripening climate for your cheese with just one appliance in the room and thus refine your cheese in the best possible way.

Functionality 

HACIS XPS has been specially designed for air conditioning in smaller factories.

HACIS XPS is a ductless air conditioning system that works with induction nozzles instead of ducts. The air movement is uniform and adapted to the product.

The compact HACIS® unit is simply attached to the ceiling and then distributes the air jet evenly throughout the room. The shape of the nozzle and the air outlet speed set the surrounding air volume in motion evenly. In conjunction with the sophisticated system control and its centrepiece, the high-precision temperature and humidity sensor, the system always guarantees optimum maturing conditions for all types of cheese.

In the event of faults or maintenance, the system will inform you by e-mail or text message if required.
