Surface filter CONFIL®
Functionality
CONFIL® is a special filter for the effective and cost-effective cleaning of industrial return air and is therefore also known as a ‘self-cleaning filter’. When planning and realising ventilation systems, this technology can make a valuable contribution to the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) and hygiene inspection in accordance with VDI 6022.
A textile fleece serves as the filter medium, which is stretched flat on a support structure. Suction nozzles of the appropriate shape are guided horizontally and vertically over the entire surface on the dirty side. The downstream separator removes the filtered dust.
