PGH Ingenieure will once again be exhibiting at the AB-HOF trade fair in 2026 – as a co-exhibitor at the Milchforum stand (Stand H3-312).

The AB-Hof trade fair is regarded as the leading platform for direct farm sales in Austria and provides a space for innovation, exchange and practical solutions for artisanal food production.

The Dairy Forum – Networking & Practical Knowledge

The Milk Forum is an established networking platform for direct marketers and artisanal processors. Its aim is to connect stakeholders in the dairy industry, pool expertise and promote sustainable solutions for artisanal food production.

As a co-founder and active board member, PGH has been contributing technical expertise and practical experience to the network for many years. As a technical partner, we support the Milk Forum’s mission through sound engineering and bespoke solutions for efficient, safe and forward-looking technology.

HACIS XPS system for small ripening rooms

The focus of our trade fair presentation is the HACIS XPS-System for small maturing rooms – a solution specially tailored to the needs of artisan cheese makers.

Working closely with Markus Giovanelli, with whom PGH has been successfully delivering projects for over 12 years, we develop comprehensive cheese-making concepts: from planning and technical design right through to implementation.

This long-standing partnership is characterised by trust, a practical approach and numerous successfully completed cheese-making projects in Austria.
